Utility Bills Payment Guide

This guide is designed to help you easily set up and manage your utility bill payments through official mobile applications. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to get started.

myTNB (Electricity Bill)

  1. Install myTNB App from App Store / Play Store.
  2. Open the App and Tap on Register.
  3. Input your credentials and complete the registration.
  4. From the homepage tap on Add account. Select I'm not an owner option and tap Next.
  5. Insert your 12-Digit account number. Set up a desired nickname and tap Next.

Air Selangor (Water Bill)

  1. Install Air Selangor App from App Store / Play Store.
  2. Open the App and Register a Personal Account.
  3. Input your Credentials and complete the registration.
  4. From Home, tap Add water account. Alternatively, you can tap Add water account on My Water Accounts page.
  5. You will be directed to Choose How to Get Started page. Select Tenant.
  6. On the Fill in Details page, fill in water account details:
    • Water account number
    • Account display name
  7. Alternatively, you can tap on the scan icon and enable access to your camera. Then, place the barcode of your bill within the frame.
  8. Once filled, tap Continue.
  9. Agree to Terms of Use and tap Add water account.

You are all set. The water account will now appear in your list! You can now easily pay your bill.

Indah Water (Sewerage Bill)

  1. Install Indah Water App from App Store / Play Store.
  2. Open the App and Tap on Register.
  3. Input your credentials and complete the registration.
  4. From the homepage tap on Add account. Insert the account number.

You are all set. The Indah Water account will now appear in your list! You can now easily pay your bill.

iNeighbour App (For Verando Residence only)

  1. Install the iNeighbour App from the App Store / Play Store.
  2. Register an account with your credentials.
  3. Email your Tenancy Agreement to the Verando Management (verandomgt@gmail.com) and ask for your Activation code.
  4. You'll receive an e-mail from the management with the code. Enter the code in your app and you're all set.
  5. Use iNeighbour app to invite visitors, Book facilities like Badminton court etc.
